Letting

Arrival & Departure:  Guests may check in after 2:00pm on the day of arrival and are requested to vacate their rooms by 10:30am on the day of departure. Other times may be possible by prior special arrangement.

Breakfast:  A choice of Continental or Full English breakfast will be served in the dining room from 7:30am to 9:00am. Please let us know of any allergies or special dietary requirements well in advance.

Smoking: Brackenbury is a NON-Smoking establishment and we ask that guests respect this for the comfort of others.

Pets:  Unfortunately we are not able to accept pets. The only exception to this being assistance dogs.

Bookings

For bookings made more than 2 weeks in advance, a deposit is due of £50 or 25% of the total cost of your holiday, whichever is the greater.

For bookings made less that 2 weeks in advance, full payment is due at time of reservation.

All deposit payments to be made by Cheque backed up with Bankers Guarrantee card.

Confirmation

We will send you written confirmation of your booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your holiday at any time, however the amount of deposit returned will depend upon the notice given.

Cancellation before 30 days = 100% deposit refund

Cancellation before 15 days = 50% deposit refund

Cancellation less than 7 days = 0% deposit refund

We will also, at out discretion, refund the full deposit should we manage to re-let a cancelled room for the same period as originally booked.

For the reasons above, we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

Payment

Payment can be made by Cash or Cheque

Cheques to be made payable to:-  Brackenbury House

And to be backed up with Bankers Guarrantee Card.

Regrettably we are unable to accept Debit/Credit Cards at the present time.
